You agree not to use need2.chat to create, send, or share content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative (especially involving minors), or that promotes violence or abuse. You agree not to harass, stalk, impersonate, or abuse other users.
Every user can report objectionable content or abusive users from within the app, and can block any user so they can no longer contact you. Reports are sent to us for review.
We review reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior and act on them within 24 hours, including removing offending content and ejecting (banning) users who violate these Terms.
need2.chat is end-to-end encrypted, so we cannot read your messages on our servers. To help keep the experience safe, the app includes an on-device filter that hides likely-objectionable language, and you can report anything that gets through.
You are responsible for your account and the content you send. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Messages are end-to-end encrypted; only you and the people you chat with can read them. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.
